Few weeks back, aku lantik sorang peguam ni tuk buat application to Pejabat Tanah for home ownership transfer. Boleh tahan la legal feesnya, total about RM44++. I've paid a bit n the rest later after completion nanti. I dont mind the fees as long dia boleh comply to all my wishes. Apa guna hire kalau tak boleh nak deliver kan!
But for some reason, laywer ni tak reti bahasa bila aku a.k.a the client kata NO for an answer. Aku pun malas nak terang lebih2 tentang kebodohan dia. Afterall, its just a bloody transfership. Pejabat Tanah pun dah luluskan n just nak complete the MOT process. Tu pun dia demand nak witness la, bla bla. But aku still say NO. Unfortunately, dia pun tak boleh settle it, so dia suggest aku appoint new laywer to complete the process. Boleh?? We agreed to give me few more days tuk fikirkan n decide.Anyway, her office called yesterday nak tahu keputusan aku. Aku just bagitau yg the answer is still NO n aku akan take up her suggestion yg tak berapa pandai tu. Aku pun dalam services industry, and yes, client IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! But its a simple task that cost me thousands pun laywer tak boleh nak handle.
Aku pun tak faham. Ni lawyer ker loyar buruk?? tapi for sure bodoh la!
